It was a public and critical success – over 65,000 visitors attended the exhibition. You can find my previous post here.

After success in Paris, the exhibition took over NYC for a full 3 months of Velvet Underground, from October 10th to December 30th, 2018. 

Over 30 of my photographs were exhibited and this time six were made into postcards.

Adam Ritchie’s original rare images of Velvet Underground and Pink Floyd from 1965/66.

The photographs capture the energy and colour of their legendary earliest appearances in New York and London. Some have been shown at the Tate, the V&A, the Whitney and are in the Andy Warhol and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Collections. Signed and numbered prints on archive paper available at reasonable prices.

There was also a launch review by Bruce Tippen at the Pink Floyd news resource ‘Brain Damage.’
